Coordination Services

A unique event in a unique space requires careful planning and consideration.  At Cambium Farms, our goal is to make your experience at our venue as seamless and stress-free as possible.  By providing our Coordination Services, we are offering you a venue that is not just elegant and rustic but turnkey.

Our services include:

  • Event Coordinators assigned to support you leading up to and during your entire event to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • One contract and invoice that includes site rentals, catering, décor, entertainment, audio/visual, transportation and off-site activities

  • The management and coordination of all Cambium Farms partners and suppliers

  • Accessible to answer all questions in relation to our services and providing guidance throughout the event planning process

  • Consultation on menu options, décor and preferred vendors

  • Oversee all event setup

  • Provide a floor plan of our facility to help determine a setup that best utilizes the space for the guest count and activities provided

  • Create and manage schedule for the day
