Heatherlea Farm Shoppe has become a foodie destination for their old-fashioned butchery, café, and local food shop.  Experience true farm-to-fork in the beautiful hills of Caledon; from their fresh meat counter to the burgers and beer they serve on the patio.  Their amazingly knowledgeable butchers will help you pull off some of your best work in the kitchen or on the grill!  

Dry-aged beef is their specialty. With an onsite aging vault, their beef is dry-aged from 21 days up to 90+ days for an incredible taste experience (similar to the aging of fine wine and cheese!).  With less than a handful of on-farm aging vaults in Ontario, a visit to Heatherlea Farm Shoppe should be on your bucket list!

The Heatherlea family’s history of farming in Caledon runs deep and so does their passion for beef farming.  As such, you’ll find they are happy to chat about their Black Angus cattle, who can often be seen grazing in the surrounding pastures.
